Why Should I Buy This Book?

Good question. The answer depends upon who you are. I have individual answers below:
For parents of children who have not yet played: paintball can be safe and it can be played relatively inexpensively. It can also be unsafe and expensive. Rather than jumping in blindly, make a small investment in your child’s future and possibly save you and your child hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Perhaps more importantly, learn what the risks are, how to avoid them and find out everything you need to know in order to make an informed, practical decision regarding the game of paintball.
For parents of children who already play: No matter how long your child has been playing, I am positive that they’ve said or done something paintball that has left you wondering. Don’t wonder - get your answers from one reliable source.
For field and store owners: A good many hours of your week are devoted to answering questions from the uninformed. Make those hours productive ones; with a small investment you can simultaneously create an informed customer and save yourself a lot of time. Educated consumers are the best consumers for businesses that run on the up-and-up. Use the book to make sure that you’ve covered everything, to help you develop concise, informative answers.
For the not-quite-an-adult paintball player: You may think you already know everything there is to know about the game, but I can tell you that isn’t true. I’ve been playing for and involved for more than 25 years and as the saying goes “I’ve got socks that have more game-time than you.” While not even I know everything there is to know about the game, chances are I’ve picked up a few things you’ve yet to find out. Or you can just use it as a sneaky way to get in good with your parents - that never hurts.
Parent’s Q&A Introduction

This category of articles will, I hope, prove to be one of the most active on the site. It is here that I will publish questions from parents as well as my (hopefully) intelligent, insightful and helpful answers.
I expect that moms and dads, youth ministers, youth sports administrators and others involved with children, paintball or both, will wish to submit questions from time to time. When they do, I encourage everyone who might have something useful to say on the subject to chime in.
If you’d like to ask a question, you can do so here by placing it in the comments section. If I believe the question and its answer(s) will be of help to others, I’ll give it its own article space within this category.
You can also submit questions by sending me an email by clicking HERE. Please put something relevant in the email subject line so I’m sure to see it. If you would like your question to remain private, please state that as well.
