Reviews Starting To Come In

A Parent’s Guide to Paintball has just started receiving reviews from some of the best tournament players out there, and I’m pretty pleased (actually, very pleased) with what they have to say.
Here’s a sampling:
“I wish I had a book like this 9 years ago when I started playing. For a 14 year old it’s hard to explain to your parents why they should wake up early on their day off to drive you out to a paintball field. This book really puts it into perspective.” -Grayson Goff-X-Factor
“This book dispels a lot of myths that my wife and I had about paintball. What a great way to get the kids out of the house and burn up some pent-up energy! This is something I can do with my kids that would be fun, safe, keep them out of trouble and keep us all in better shape. Now I understand why big companies use this sport for teambuilding and corporate retreats.” -Grayson’s dad Jerry Goff

“This book is a great resource for any parents out there with questions about paintball. It does a great job going over just about everything someone should know about our sport.” -Yosh Rau of 7-Time World Champion Professional Paintball Team San Diego Dynasty
“A must read for any parent who’s hesitant about letting their child play paintball or who wants to know more about the sport their child is into.” -Ryan Greenspan of 7-Time World Champion Professional Paintball Team San Diego Dynasty
“There’s a lot of common misconceptions about the sport of paintball, and this book does a great job of giving a straight forward, unbiased look into our sport that can help anybody—not just parents—make an informed decision about paintball.”—Alex Fraige of 7-Time World Champion Professional Paintball Team San Diego Dynasty

I just read your 80 things that shaped paintball and cannot believe that you have left out so much history how about the Master Blasters winning the 1989 PMI North American Championship we won that tourny against unbelievable odds a cinderella team wins a Pmi sponsored tourney judged by the PMI Piranhas during that time only PMI teams won tourneys remember or were you just not there? How about the ASO Cup(Action Sports Outfitters)If you remember in 1991 Jim Lively and Jerry Braun were both blacklisted by most paintball teams because of poorly run overpriced poorly judged tournies the tourny gig was all but over until myself, Jim Anderson the Master Blasters and Werewolves presented the ASO Cup the first tourny that allowed bring your own paint /free air Judging provided by the local teams so the west coast could get a fair shake for once if you remember those days you would know that east never wins in west west never won in east we provided 5-7 judges per field all with radios another first(radio zone judging)if you ask any pro player that was in the game at that time today they would probably tell you it was the best tourney in the history of the game it was so good in fact that the NPPL simply copied my rules and format I know ,I was there when the NPPL was born. were you ?the fact that you could leave out these 2 things are just unbelievable unless you just were not involved with paintball at the time.the story should be the 82 things that shaped paintball or the 81 things that shaped paintball and the 1 thing that saved it the ASO cup 1991——-Kevin Donaldson Capt.
